Sage 50 Accounts OData feed for Power BI

The BINominalRecords table is part of the Suntico Sage 50 Accounts OData feed for tools like Microsoft Power BI.  This table provides a list of all of the nominal accounts (sometimes called "general ledger accounts") that form the company's chart of accounts.

This table is essential if you want to perform profit & loss or balance sheet analysis.

Column Type Description
NominalRecordID Text Link to the BITransSplits table
AccountRef Text Account reference / nominal code
AccountType Text "Normal", "Control", or "Bank"
Balance Decimal Number Account balance
Name Text Name of the nominal account
