Sage 50 Accounts OData feed for Power BI

This article describes the BICustomers table that forms part of the Suntico Sage 50 Accounts OData feed for Microsoft Power BI.  Use this table to add any customer reference information to your reports.

CustomerID Text Primary key for the BICustomers table
Account_Ref Text Account reference field from Sage 50
Name Text Customer name
Analysis1 Text Sage 50 customer custom field
Analysis2 Text Sage 50 customer custom field
Analysis3 Text Sage 50 customer custom field
DeptNumber Text Customer default department number
AccountStatus Text Customer Account Status
DeptName Text Customer default department name
PaymentDueDays Whole Number Default due days for a customer sales invoice
CurrencyID Text Link to the BICurrencies table
AccountOnHold True/False Customer account is on hold
LastPayDate Date/Time Last date payment was received from customer
FirstInvoice Date/Time Date of first customer invoice
AveragePayDays Decimal Number Average time (days) it takes to pay an invoice
LastInvDate Date/Time Date of last customer invoice
Balance Decimal Number Customer balance
InactiveFlag True/False Customer flagged as inactive in Sage
Address1 Text Registered customer address line 1
Address2 Text Registered customer address line 2
Address3 Text Registered customer address line 3
Address4 Text Registered customer address line 4
Address5 Text Registered customer address line 5
CreditLimit Decimal Number Customer credit limit
